Distance Selling Regulations The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply to sales to consumers made by sellers acting in the course of a business, which have been made at a distance. In other words, where there's no face-to-face contact between the seller and the consumer before the contract is made

If you purchase a product from our website you will be entitled to cancel your order 7 working days from receipt of the goods and receive a full refund including carriage costs to you within 30 days from the cancellation date

If you decide to cancel your order we will require notification in writing within the 7 working day period, either by:-

The cost of Carriage back to us will be the responsibility of the consumer and we advise using an insured carrier. When returning the goods it is best to use the original packaging as this is designed to protect the goods whilst in transit The Distance Selling Regulations allow the consumer the ability to evaluate a product as if they were in a store; in fact the regulations give you more time to do so. When evaluating the product please bear in mind that It is your responsibility to take good care of the product and that if you decided to return the product then all accessories must also be returned.
