The total Control amplifier has the same electronics and functionality as the amplifiers used in our Platinum range of subwoofers and is therefore ideal for use for DIY subwoofer projects and as a replacement for a faulty subwoofer.
The Total Control amplifier has both a high and low level input with individual gain controls, a filter by-pass switch on the low level input ideal for when you need to use the low level input for films and the high level input in "Pure Direct " mode for music, it also has an adjusable low pass filter between 40 and 120Hz and a continous phase zero to 180 deg
The total control amplifier is rated 300W RMS into a 4 ohm load and has DC protection and Automatic Speaker Protection, if the output signal clips the amplifier turns itself down to protect the speaker. The amplifier is run in class A/B and has a large toroidal transformer and 4 x 8A power transistors which means that it can deliver its rated power effortlessly |
