The
iW300 in wall subwoofer has been designed to deliver clean powerful
bass with exceptional clarity and timing. To achieve this we have
used the renowned XLS10 drive unit from Peerless, that not only
boasts a cast aluminium basket and a long throw piston but also
incorporates shorting rings which lower distortion to a minimum.
The cabinet is manufactured from solid steel which is welded to
make it air tight and to add rigidity and strength, it is then damped
with a heavy damping material to prevent ringing. These features
produce a clean uncoloured sound that is difficult to achieve using
any other material. When partnered with the SST
SA300 stand alone subwoofer amplifier you will have a sub bass
system that is not only flexible but will produce stunning results
with a low visual impact
